Our buttermilk fried chicken is hand breaded to order. We make our fried chicken from farm fresh, boneless, Ontario chicken thighs.

Here at the Aviary, our burgers are made from 100% Canadian beef. Our burgers are ground fresh in house and served medium. Ask your server if you'd like it cooked another way or if you'd like any extra toppings:

We make all our sausages in house weekly. We're always changing up the flavours, so ask your server for details about the sausage of the week!

Legally we couldn’t call them Nachos Supreme®... but you know what we mean. In addition to having all the toppings of the Regular Nachos, these ones also have chili on them. (meat or vegetarian)
